Order cancellation for in-stock dolls, only within 6 hours. For customized sex doll is possible 48 hours after the order is placed. Manufacturing usually takes 2-3 days. We can stop the manufacturing process. After 48 hours, you cannot cancel the order.

What’s the shipping time?

Once you place your order we will reach out by email to make sure that we got your doll details right.

Then we arrange to produce. Normally production time is around 2-3 days, depends on your customized options. Normally shipping time is 5-7 working days.

Please notice: Due to the process difference, The silicone doll production time is longer, about 20-30 days.

We will email you the tracking number once it is shipped. We use UPS so you can track your order easily.

What’s the warranty?

Our material is using high-end material, and all of our dolls have been tested strictly before shipping. If the problem was caused by us or the shipping company, we will take care of it.

For example, if you received a damaged doll cased by shipping, We will help you by sending another replacement or offer you a fair discount, It will depend on the nature of the incident.

Free shipping? TAX included? REALLY?

Yep! 🙂 Free shipping to Europe, the USA, Japan, and most of the countries, but if you have any concerns, please let us know. We offer a service to help you pre-pay import taxes and VAT in Europe.

What about returns?

We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory.

Sex Doll is a custom-made product that is created especially for you. We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.
